• The trip starts in Oslo. All travelers have to reach Oslo by afternoon or evening.

 

Day 1: Arrival in Oslo

  

• Reach Oslo and complete Immigration  

• Catch your connecting flight to Bodø - 5:30 Pm - 7:00 Pm 

• Stay Overnight at Radisson Bodø - Standard Room

• Explore Bodø ​

Day 2: Bodø to Finnsnes

• Have Breakfast 

• After breakfast, Explore Bodø

• LUNCH in the city center

• Post lunch board the cruise at 3:20 Pm 

• Onboard the cruise dinner included

 

 Day 3: Stay in Senja

 

• Have breakfast Onboard

• Reach by 11:00 Am in Finnsnes

• Transfer to the stay 

• Afternoon check-in by 3:00 Pm 

• Explore areas around 

• Stay in Aurora hut

Day 4: Explore Senja

• Have breakfast 

• Head for a Husky tour in Senja 

• Evening chill at the stay 

• Stay in Top Corner Suite​

Day 5:  Senja to Tromsø

• Have breakfast 

• Move via the Arctic bus route from Finnesnes to Tromsø

• From 09:25 Am to 12:00 Pm 

• Reach Tromsø

• Explore the city 

• Chill in the evening

Day 6:  Tromsø to Longyearbyen

​

• Have Self breakfast 

• Flight from Tromsø to Longyearbyen - 12:00 Pm - 1:40 Pm 

• Explore the city center

• Chill in Longyearbyen

Day 7: Explore Longyearbyen

 

• Have breakfast and then head out for adventure sport

• Head for Snowmobile tour

• Post-tour return and chill in Longyearbyen

Day 8: Longyearbyen to Oslo

• Have breakfast and head out for tour 

• Life in. Coal mine tour 3 hrs ( Optional )

• Return for LUNCH

• Head for Flight back to Oslo - 2:45 pm - 5:45 Pm 

• Stay in Oslo

• Transfer via Arctic route from Finneses boat Quay to Tromsø bus terminal - 09:29 Am - 12:00 Pm 

• Stay in Tromsø in a 3* Comfort Tromsø hotel Standard room with breakfast not included

• Flight from Tromsø to Longyearbyen including checked baggage 23 kg 12:00 Pm - 1:40 Pm

• Stay in Longyearbyen in a Boutique hotel in a Standard room with breakfast included 

• Snow Mobile tour to Tempelfjorden including Lunch - Separate Snowmobile for both 

• Flight from Longyearbyen to Oslo including checked baggage 23kg - 14:45 Pm - 17:45 Pm

• Due to bad weather - if any route changes or plan changes -- the extra cost would be incurred individually *

•  If you are caught doing anything illegal you will be facing the consequences alone, travel to discover will not come into the picture.

• You have to follow all the instructions given by the trip leader at all times.

• When you are traveling alone you have to tell the team about your whereabouts.

• You have to abide by all the rules and regulations of another country.

• You would be traveling with other people, you have to respect everyone's privacy.

• We have a plan/itinerary for the whole trip but some things might get changed according to the situation please be prepared.(like flight delays etc)

• No refund in case of cancellation of flights or interconnecting flights/trains.

• We would be staying in a backpacker hostel all the time and would be sharing the room with other people, you are responsible for your stuff and yourself
