Your trip starts in Almaty. You have to reach Almaty by the afternoon

 

Day 1 - Almaty​

• Arrival procedures.

• Transfer to the hotel.

• Arrival and check-in at the hotel

 

Day 2 - City Tour + Shymbulak by cable car to 3rd level Excursion

 

• We leave after breakfast drive to the Medeo tract - transfer to the eco taxi to climb the Shymbulak Mountain resort

• Number of entertainments: Alpine Park, GORILLA Zipline, paragliding, Horse riding, Rope Park "Shymba", quad bike tours etc.

• Drive to Green Bazaar – one of the oldest marketplaces in the city.

• Visit Rakhat Chocolate Shop

• Visit to old part of Almaty: Park of 28 Panfilov

 

Day 3 - Alma-Arasan gorge + Kok-Tobe Park

 

• Transfer to Alma–Arasan (a picturesque mountain gorge through which a river flows)

• Of great interest are the hot springs of Alma-Arasan, located at an altitude of 1827 meters above sea level

• Visit Kok Tobe Park (symbols of the city of Almaty and the whole of Kazakhstan)

• For an additional fee, you can visit attractions in the park for both adults and children, a zoo, a Ferris wheel, restaurants, an exotarium.

 

Day 4 + 5 - Tour to Charyn Canyon, Kolsay Lake and Kaindy in 2 days

 

• In the morning, drive to the stunning Charyn Canyon.

• After a journey of about 100 km, which takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, you'll arrive at Charyn Canyon.

• As you explore the breathtaking scenery, you'll eventually reach the Charyn River

• Lake Kaindy is located in the south of Kazakhstan, within Kolsay Lakes National Park.

• It is located 2,000 metres (6,600 ft) above sea level, 130 kilometres (81 mi) east of Almaty.

• The lake was formed as the result of a major limestone landslide triggered by the 1911 Kebin earthquake forming a natural dam.

• Transfer to the hotel

 

Day 6 - Hunns Ethno Village

 

• Transfer to Hunns Ethno Village

• The Huns ethno village is an ideal place for those willing to relive the nomadic past of ethnic Kazakhs.

• Guests will be welcomed by traditional snacks (baursak and samsa) and non-alcoholic drinks (kompot made of dried fruit) and tea.

• Demonstration of Kazakh traditional horse-riding games “Atpen audaryspaq” – two mean wrestles while sitting on a horseback. “Kazakh traditional trick riding”

• Lunch in Huns Ethno Village

• Bow shooting master class.

Day 7 - City Tour + Hunting Birds Show

 

• Begin your journey with a walk along Arbat Street

• a lively and vibrant area known for its street artists, cafes, and local crafts. 

• Continue your walk to Gorly Park, Abay Street, Central Museum, President Park.

• Conclude your walking tour with a visit to Old & New Square

• These squares represent the historical and contemporary heart of Almaty, where you can observe the contrast between the city's Soviet-era architecture and its modern developments.

• Hunting Birds Show - During the show guests will learn about Kazakh hunting with predator birds and see seven different species of hunting birds.

• Transfer to hotel

Day 8 - Departure

• Transfer to Almaty International Airport (ALA)

• Domestic flights are subject to change in timing and availability. If mentioned flight is not available, it will be changed to convenient one, depending on tour program

• The above prices is subject to change in case of revaluation of Kazakh TENGE exchange rate to USD/ EURO

•  If you are caught doing anything illegal you would be facing the consequences alone, travel to discover will not come into the picture.

• When you are traveling alone you have to tell the team about your whereabouts.

• You have to abide by all rules and regulations of another country.

• You would be traveling with other people, you have to respect everyone's privacy.

• We have a plan/itinerary for the whole trip but some things might get changed according to the situation please be prepared.(like flight delays etc)

• No refund in case of cancellation of flights or interconnecting flights/trains.

• We would be staying in a backpacker hostel all the time and would be sharing the room with other people, you are responsible for your own stuff and yourself
